NAS products include (1) year parts and labor coverage from the date of purchase. Email support is free under any Arena Maxtronic RAID. Standard telephone support services are provided Monday thru Friday, 9am - 5pm PST. We provide advance replacements to all Dead on Arrival (DOA) units within 30-days of purchase.
