- N Sync
N-Sync is a share level replication utility based on rsync. Like rsync, N-Sync client-server architecture makes replication of files / folders easier from a local share to a remote share, and vice versa.
- B Sync
B-sync provides the NAS system the ability to access data through specific network protocols and duplicate the data into specified remote volume.
- Linux kernel 2.6 and XFS File system
With the support of kernel 2.6 and XFS file system has improved performance and reliability of the Orion NAS. By updating to the latest kernel, security and reliability has increased. XFS file system has given a performance boost in file access operations.
- Support for volumes up to 16TB
The implementation of kernel 2.6 and XFS has not only increased reliabiltiy and performance, but also increased the total capacity of a single volume. The Orion NAS now can support a single volume of up to 16 terabytes.
